As an event manager, you can find the success rate of your event. Every event is organized on the basis of certain goals these goals might be to enhance brand awareness, for maximizing revenues or any other goal. An event manager can always evaluate whether he has achieved his goal or not.  There are different strategies that you can use to measure the success rate of your event.

You can measure the success rate of your event by the number of sold tickets. You can compare the number of sold tickets with the number you have expected. You can find the number of attendees through previous records where you can find out whether the number of attendees was equal to the sold tickets or not. If your event was successful, these two numbers would be similar. If the two numbers are not similar, it will show that your event was not as successful as you wanted it to be. You should then focus on all the activities that took place during the event and find out where the problem was. In this way, you will be able to catch the reasons for losing people.

The event may be arranged to maximize the sales of a certain brand. You can measure the success rate of your event by comparing the level of sales before the event and the level of sales after the event.

In case if the event is of more than a day you can find the number of attendees who joined the event daily through the records if the number of attendees who were always there in the event is the same as you expected then the chances are that your event has marked the success.

The success of an event can also be measured by the satisfaction of the sponsors. Sponsors are the ones who are funding for the event; Therefore, a sponsor’s satisfaction is very important. You should find out whether the event was according to their expectations. You can do it in different ways such as through surveys, interviews, etc.

You can also observe the activities of attendees on social media because if people enjoyed your event, they will be active on social media and they will share their positive experience. By evaluating the positive reactions from people, you can evaluate the success rate of your event.
